My Favorite Healthy Smoothie

I don’t know about you but I LOVE smoothies!

The best part about smoothies is that you can make them so healthy.

They taste so good, filled to the brim with fruits, veggies, and ice.

Every morning I make a smoothie for myself (sometimes for the hubby too) to give me a little pick me up to start the day.

Below is a recipe of my favorite healthy smoothie.

After I drink it I feel so energized and ready to conquer the day.

Kelsey’s Green Energizing Smoothie Recipe

Kelsey Green Smoothie

  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1 half of a lime (juiced)
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1 apple (cut up)
  • 1 banana peeled
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of fruit juice (you can choose anything, I like orange juice)

Put all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend long enough for everything to be mixed together.

Then you can start adding ice to make it the consistency that you like.

That’s it! I really doesn’t take much effort to make something that taste amazing and is good for you too.

This is definitely one of the better tasting green smoothies out there.

After I drink this in the morning I feel amazing!

I’m not just saying that either, I feel fantastic and it makes my day soooo much easier.
